Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zaknafein DoUrden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Bucher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bucher is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by X Gonna Give It To Ya. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Zaknafein DoUrden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, James Bucher! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bucher tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. James Bucher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. DoUrden leaves Bucher with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. DoUrden drives through with a takedown into guard. DoUrden is pushing down on Bucher's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bucher is fighting to maintain full guard but DoUrden has managed to sneak the leg through. DoUrden trying to control from half guard but Bucher is working away. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. DoUrden wants to free his trapped foot but Bucher is holding on for dear life with his legs. DoUrden seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bucher does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. DoUrden is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
DoUrden not landing any meaningful shots this time. DoUrden thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bucher pushes DoUrden off looking to stand but DoUrden dives back in and keeps control.
DoUrden is looking for a kimura here.
DoUrden is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Bucher doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time DoUrden. DoUrden trying to mount his opponent but Bucher defends it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Bucher looks like he's trying to stand up.
DoUrden seems to be looking for submissions.
DoUrden wants to lay and pray for a moment but Bucher keeps working. DoUrden perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. DoUrden stops Bucher from getting back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. DoUrden is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
DoUrden prevents Bucher from standing back up.
Bucher really doesn't want to stay on the ground with DoUrden. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. DoUrden passes the guard and advances to mount! DoUrden trying to control but Bucher is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bucher's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Bucher looks gassed! DoUrden scoring with strikes but Bucher is staying in there. DoUrden looking to control and managing it successfully. DoUrden is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Bucher is surviving well by controlling DoUrden's body position as best he can. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. DoUrden landing strikes from the mount and Bucher is in trouble! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Zaknafein DoUrden dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
DoUrden throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bucher gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows DoUrden to score an easy takedown into full guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. DoUrden wants to control from the top but Bucher keeps moving. Bucher is working an open guard so DoUrden takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. DoUrden clinches with his opponent.
Bucher goes for a takedown in the clinch but DoUrden prevents it.
Bucher misses with a hook to the ribs.
DoUrden lands with a left to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. DoUrden drags the fight down to the ground.
DoUrden pushes Bucher off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Bucher closes the distance but DoUrden moves to the side and DoUrden counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bucher jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as DoUrden walks away with a smile on his face. Bucher gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. DoUrden feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Bucher is breathing heavily. Bucher wants to stand and escape but DoUrden is having none of it. DoUrden is pushing down on Bucher's leg trying to pass to half guard. Bucher is fighting to maintain full guard but DoUrden has managed to sneak the leg through. Bucher is in trouble now - DoUrden has advanced to mount! DoUrden looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. DoUrden has hold of an arm here, looking to extend it. He's committed to the armbar attempt here! Will he get it?! Yes! Bucher is forced to tap!
