A head kick misses from Samael.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from G.
Samael fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. G sprawls well initially but Samael persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
G pushes Samael off looking to stand but Samael dives back in and keeps control.

G throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.
Samael has hold of G's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! G tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Samael cranks the arm and G screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from G, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
