Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colt doesn't manage to clinch there - Machida circles away.
Machida shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Colt manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Machida pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Colt is keeping the position for now.
Machida trying to control the position from guard on top but Colt is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Machida loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Colt keeping full guard, as Machida tries to pass.
Machida passes Colt's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Machida is pressing down on Colt's thigh, looking to free his foot. Colt is holding on for now.
Machida is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Colt defends it well.
Machida is working for a kimura but Colt is defending it quite comfortably.

Machida wants to advance to full mount but Colt doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.
Colt not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Machida thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Colt working for a triangle but Machida defends it easily.
Machida works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Colt looks gassed!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Machida is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Colt is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
