Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Rick Penwarden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Happy Pete (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Happy Pete is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Pete sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rick Penwarden.
