Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Razi Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lucas Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Razi Gracie! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lucas Silva! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Felipe Paraventi and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gracie looks for a takedown but Silva sprawls well. Silva closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gracie to the mat! Gracie manages to get full guard. Gracie looking for a guillotine here but Silva defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Silva sitting in guard, not really doing much. Silva thows a big elbow that misses. Silva's corner is telling him to maintain position. I looks like Silva might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Silva drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Gracie dives on top into guard. Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gracie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Silva is trying to control the position but Gracie postures up. Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Silva swivels though and keeps the full guard. Silva is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Gracie defends well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Gracie advances to half guard. Gracie is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Gracie prevents Silva from improving his position. Gracie seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Silva does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Gracie throwing shots but Silva is blocking nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva is looking for a sweep. Gracie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Silva has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Gracie is working away from the top position though. Silva looks gassed! Silva trying to get back to full guard but Gracie takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Gracie thowing shots but they're missing. Gracie manages to capitalize on a mistake by Silva to take his back! A lull in the action here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Gracie is riding his opponent, not letting Silva buck him off. Silva prevents Gracie from getting a body triangle. Gracie throws strikes from the back but Silva rolls nicely and manages to end up in full guard. Nice work by Silva. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Silva trying to strike off his back.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Gracie avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Gracie throws a wild body kick that Silva sees coming a mile off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Lucas Silva will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Gracie misses with a takedown and Silva counters with a shoot takedown. Gracie fights it but they end up in guard. Gracie trying to control the position.
Silva looking to pass the guard. Gracie wants to stand up but Silva is controlling him. Silva throwing strikes but missing. Gracie working a defensive guard here.
That's one minute gone in the round. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Gracie is on top in guard.
Gracie looking to pass the guard. Gracie forces his way into half guard. Silva is breathing heavily. Gracie works his way into full mount! Silva wants to hold on but Gracie pushes him away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gracie throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Silva because Gracie loaded up on that one. Gracie tries to control but Silva wriggling away. Silva wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Silva trying to control the action but Gracie just sinks the hooks in. Gracie misses with an elbow to the head. Silva wants to control his opponent's hands but Gracie gets his hands free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Silva turns into Gracie and is now in his guard.
Gracie wants to stand but Silva is controlling the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Gracie tries a head kick but it misses.
Gracie defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Silva. Gracie wants to clinch but Silva slips to the side and Silva counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Silva. Silva is posturing up here but Gracie has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Silva tries to roll out but it's too tight and Silva has to tap! Slick submission there by Gracie!
