Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gorge Thomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Majewski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ken Majewski was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Majewski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Thomas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Majewski somewhat.
Thomas looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Majewski swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Majewski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Thomas sprawls well. Thomas wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Majewski gets slowly back to his feet.
Majewski shoots in but Thomas avoids the takedown attempt easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and Thomas counters with a head kick. That will keep Majewski thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!

Majewski closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Thomas did well to prevent Majewski getting side control.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Majewski has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Thomas defend it? Majewski steps over the head and cranks it - Thomas is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Majewski!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ken Majewski!
