Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Stelk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Williams's choice of entrance music: River Below by Billy Talent. Sebastian Stelk could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Joseph Williams's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sebastian Stelk! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joseph Williams! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Robert Twigg and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stelk scores with a jab to the body. Stelk throws a right and a left that Williams avoids nicely. Williams slips a jab and a cross from Stelk.
Stelk dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Williams. That did some damage! Stelk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Williams moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stelk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Stelk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Stelk misses with a head kick.
Stelk looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Williams throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Stelk's waist but Stelk gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Williams off to one side. Stelk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Williams moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Nice uppercut there from Stelk. Williams drives through with a takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Williams pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Stelk is keeping the position for now. Stelk wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Williams trying to control the position from guard on top but Stelk is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Williams is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Stelk is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Stelk utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Williams wants to pass the guard but Stelk is keeping the position. Stelk wants to stand but Williams is controlling the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Williams avoids the head kick by Stelk.
Stelk looks to land a combination but Williams avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Williams ducks right into an uppercut from Stelk. Williams tries to clinch but Stelk moves out of range. Stelk throws a right and a left that both miss. Stelk is breathing heavily. Stelk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Williams looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Stelk is fending him off so far but Williams persists. Nope, Stelk circles away and we're back to standing. Stelk misses with an uppercut. Williams saw that one coming. Williams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stelk pinned against the cage. Stelk gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Sebastian Stelk has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joseph Williams. Stelk looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. A big left from Stelk misses. Stelk rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Williams moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stelk throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

Sebastian Stelk seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Williams shoots in but Stelk avoids the takedown attempt easily. Stelk fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Williams stops Stelk from standing up. Stelk wants to sweep here but Williams controlling him for the moment. Stelk controls Williams momentarily but Williams frees himself. Stelk is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Williams wants to control from the top but Stelk keeps moving.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Stelk fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Williams manages to avoid it. Nice sprawl there from Stelk as Williams shoots in. No joy there for Stelk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Williams counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Stelk! Williams controlling the pace for now. Williams wants to control the pace but Stelk is squirming around nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

so Williams counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Stelk wants to stand but Williams is controlling the position. Williams passes Stelk's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Williams controlling the action here. Stelk looks like he's trying to stand up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stelk wants to improve his position but Williams is controlling well.

Williams moves nicely into side control. Williams is looking to take a break and control but Stelk is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Williams creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Stelk sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Stelk is not content to let Williams control the position. Stelk is looking to reverse the position. Stelk knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Williams on the ground.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Stelk lands with a slapping head kick. Williams showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Stelk.
Stelk throws a leg kick and Williams decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Stelk's guard. Stelk keeping moving, preventing Williams from controlling successfully. Williams stopping the sweep attempt from Stelk.

Williams shoots in for a double leg but Stelk sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Stelk throws a head kick that misses. Williams clinches. Stelk wants to break free but Williams has control.
Williams drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Stelk gets the underhooks and prevents it.
