Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Arlovski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zed Zelonka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Arlovski's entrance music is Andrei . A fine choice. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Illya Tyunina and Dmitry Maklakov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Zelonka.
Arlovski tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Zelonka swivels and escapes.
Zelonka tries a head kick but it misses.
Arlovski darts in and clinches Zelonka up against the cage.

Zelonka gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Arlovski.

Zelonka drops back looking for a leg! Arlovski is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Arlovski manages to kick Zelonka off! Zelonka jumps back into Arlovski's guard.
Zelonka stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Arlovski swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Arlovski can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Zelonka controls the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Arlovski lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Zelonka circles away quickly and effectively.
Zelonka throws a left and a right that both miss
and Arlovski counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Zelonka thinking.
Zelonka looks gassed!
Arlovski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Zelonka connects with a high kick.
Zelonka closes the distance and clinches up with Arlovski, looking for a takedown. Zelonka pushes Arlovski against the cage but Arlovski circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Arlovski lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Arlovski.
It looks like Zed Zelonka has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Arlovski shoots in for a takedown but Zelonka shows good takedown defense.
Arlovski throws a combination. Zelonka tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Arlovski shoots in but Zelonka avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Zelonka takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Zelonka doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Zelonka shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Arlovski but Arlovski pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Arlovski lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Zelonka shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Arlovski clinches up with Zelonka and pushes him back against the cage.
Zelonka wants a takedown but no success here.
Zelonka drops down looking for an ankle pick but Arlovski pulls his leg out and moves away.
Zelonka takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Arlovski fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Zelonka dives in and grabs Arlovski's left leg, looking for a takedown. Arlovski pushes down on Zelonka's head and hops out.
Zelonka looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Arlovski is fending him off so far but Zelonka persists. Nope, Arlovski circles away and we're back to standing.
Zelonka tries for a takedown but Arlovski sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Arlovski lands an overhand right.

Arlovski stuffs the takedown attempt from Zelonka. Zelonka gets slowly back to his feet.
Zelonka throws a combination that misses
and Arlovski counters with a left and a right that stings Zelonka.
Zelonka circles away from the clinch attempt.
Zelonka misses with a hook. Arlovski ducked under it nicely.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Zelonka.
Zelonka thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Zelonka wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Arlovski, who protects the arm well.
Arlovski avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Zelonka.
Zelonka is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Arlovski is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Zelonka cracks Arlovski with a big elbow.

Arlovski is pushing Zelonka's head away, looking to escape. Zelonka manages to hold on to the position though.
Zelonka is working to tighten is grip on Arlovski's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Arlovski has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Zelonka is really squeezing tight and eventually Arlovski passes out! Zelonka breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
