Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles carlson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Emelianenko might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Казаки - Ой да . carlson is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Muse- Stockholm Syndrome. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Emelianenko shoots in for a takedown but carlson shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
carlson punishes Emelianenko's body with a nice straight punch.
Emelianenko shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in carlson 's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Emelianenko wants to control from the top but carlson keeps moving.
Emelianenko is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! carlson is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! carlson has escaped and now he's on top!
carlson wants to get up but he can't break Emelianenko's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as carlson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
carlson connects with a couple of short punches.

carlson lands a couple of elbows.
carlson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
carlson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Emelianenko's head.
carlson wants to pass the guard but Emelianenko is keeping the position.

Emelianenko looking to hit a scissor sweep but carlson is one step ahead there.
carlson lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
carlson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Emelianenko works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
carlson wants to pass the guard but Emelianenko is keeping the position.
Emelianenko looking for a guillotine here but carlson defends easily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Emelianenko is looking to sinch up a triangle. carlson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Emelianenko's body to avoid the submission. Emelianenko has instead reached around carlson 's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Emelianenko arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
