Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maeda Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Gacy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado fails with the takedown.
Gacy drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Machado can't do much from the bottom here.
Machado is looking for a sweep.
Gacy misses with the ground and pound.
Machado parries the strikes from Gacy easily there. Gacy is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Machado to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gacy scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Machado to see if he's OK.
Check out the look on Gacy's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
It looks like Maeda Machado has been cut.
Machado is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Gacy tries to move to mount but Machado blocks the move with his legs.
Machado is trying to improve his position.

Gacy wants to lay and pray for a moment but Machado keeps working.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gacy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Machado's shoulder. That is not cool.
Gacy creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.
Maeda Machado's cut is getting worse.
Machado might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Gacy lands a few punches from side control.
Maeda Machado's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Machado gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Gacy passes to side control.
Machado is looking for a sweep.

Jeez, Maeda Machado's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Maeda Machado's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
