Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aderbal Pedreira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and faisal ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). ali has chosen suagr as his entrance music. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ali shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. ali showed some decent athleticism there.
Pedreira looking for submissions off his back.
ali is trying to work for a kimura but Pedreira is defending well.
ali is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pedreira is just riding it out for now. ali eventually gives up the hold.

ali is trying to control. Pedreira wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

ali wants to pass the guard but Pedreira is defending well.
ali is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Pedreira sees it coming and defends easily.
ali is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pedreira is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but ali pulls his head out easily.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Pedreira misses with a double jab.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
ali feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
ali wanted to stand there but Pedreira had control of the position.
Pedreira really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

ali is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pedreira defends it well.
ali is looking to take a break and control but Pedreira is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

ali is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Pedreira still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Pedreira has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Pedreira is working to tighten is grip on ali's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. ali has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Pedreira is really squeezing tight and eventually ali passes out! Pedreira breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
