Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between PJ Cartgreens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shui Kan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Cartgreens fails in his attempt to clinch.
Nice sprawl there from Kan as Cartgreens shoots in.
Cartgreens tries to clinch but Kan is having none of it.

Cartgreens works to advance to full mount. Kan defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Cartgreens jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Kan manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Cartgreens working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
PJ Cartgreens dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Kan closes the distance and clinches up with Cartgreens, looking for a takedown. Kan pushes Cartgreens against the cage but Cartgreens circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Cartgreens throws out a leg kick but Kan moves out of range and Cartgreens only half commits.
Cartgreens connects with a right hand. Kan shakes it off.
Cartgreens is looking to clinch but Kan is avoiding it.
Cartgreens tries for a takedown but Kan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Cartgreens shoots in looking for a takedown. Kan tries to sprawl out of it but Cartgreens keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kan manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Cartgreens.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Kan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Cartgreens has an Americana. Kan didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Cartgreens is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Cartgreens hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
