Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jack Bomb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kale Hayabusa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Jack Bomb has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jack Bomb! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kale Hayabusa! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bomb is looking to score with low kicks. Some wild striking there from Hayabusa.
Hayabusa fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Horrible takedown by Hayabusa or perhaps it was just good defense by Bomb which made him look bad. Hayabusa throws a series of punches but Bomb avoids them all with ease. A head kick misses from Hayabusa. The fight stays on the outside here - Bomb looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hayabusa fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Bomb is out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bomb misses with a takedown and Hayabusa counters with an outside leg kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Bomb gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hayabusa counters with an outside leg kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Bomb. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bomb shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hayabusa's guard. Hayabusa managing to control the position. Bomb stands and throws Hayabusa's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hayabusa throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done! Hayabusa throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Bomb's head. Hayabusa wants to stand up but Bomb is controlling him. Hayabusa looks gassed! Bomb trying to control the position from guard on top but Hayabusa is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Bomb prevents Hayabusa from getting back to his feet. Bomb wants to control from the top but Hayabusa keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hayabusa is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched. Bomb tries to score a body lock takedown but Hayabusa shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Hayabusa has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Bomb regains guard immediately. Bomb looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Hayabusa wanted to stand there but Bomb had control of the position. Bomb had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Hayabusa is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bomb Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Hayabusa's back instead. Hayabusa manages to escape to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hayabusa connects with a solid leg kick. Hayabusa drives through with a takedown into guard. Hayabusa not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Hayabusa trying to control but Bomb is working from the bottom. Hayabusa won't allow Bomb to sweep him here. Bomb is looking to stand up but Hayabusa isn't so interested in that idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Hayabusa decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bomb throws a body kick, spinning off balance and Hayabusa counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bomb shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Hayabusa as he jumps to the side. Hayabusa will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Kale Hayabusa dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Nice sprawl there from Bomb as Hayabusa shoots in. Hayabusa walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Bomb checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Hayabusa throws a low kick, looking for Bomb's leg but Bomb calmly moves out of range. Hayabusa keeps the fight on the outside. Jack Bomb is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Hayabusa shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bomb counters with a stiff right hand. Bomb fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Bomb shoots in for a takedown but Hayabusa shows good takedown defense. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bomb connects with a single shot there. Bomb throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Hayabusa closes the distance looking to clinch and Bomb counters with a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hayabusa bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Bomb will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bomb tries for a takedown but Hayabusa circles away easily and Hayabusa counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Bomb. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Bomb closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Hayabusa preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Hayabusa pushes Bomb off looking to stand but Bomb dives back in and keeps control.

Bomb thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Bomb looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Bomb is keen to just control but Hayabusa is a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hayabusa tries to roll over but Bomb keeps him under control. Hayabusa looks like he's trying to stand up.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Bomb lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
A head kick by Bomb misses and Hayabusa makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Hayabusa misses with a series of wild punches.
Hayabusa swats away the attempt to clinch by Bomb. Bomb moves in looking to clinch but Hayabusa pushes him off. Bomb tries for a takedown but Hayabusa circles away easily and Hayabusa counters with a slapping leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bomb tests Hayabusa's chin there with a solid looking shot. Hayabusa fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bomb misses with a takedown attempt and Hayabusa counters with a good low kick that Bomb was not able to check. A nice leg kick lands there from Hayabusa. Bomb looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bomb gets a clinch. Hayabusa breaks from the clinch.
Bomb misses with a takedown and Hayabusa counters with a three punch combo that has Bomb backing up. Bomb nods at Hayabusa to acknowledge the strikes. Bomb is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Hayabusa avoids a kick to the body.
Bomb fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bomb misses with a takedown and Hayabusa counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bomb's knee momentarily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hayabusa shoots in but no luck this time. Bomb wants to clinch up but Hayabusa keeps it at a distance. Bomb with a poor takedown and Hayabusa counters by clinching up. Hayabusa wants to break free but Bomb has control.
Bomb lands with a light punch inside. Bomb drags the fight down to the ground.
Bomb has a closed guard, preventing Hayabusa from standing up. Bomb manages to escape and get back to his feet.

That was a close second round but I would say that Jack Bomb will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!
Bomb shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hayabusa but Hayabusa pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bomb shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hayabusa counters with a leg kick. Hayabusa dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Bomb. That did some damage! Hayabusa scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Hayabusa throws a left and a right that both miss
and Bomb counters with a shoot takedown. Hayabusa fights it but they end up in guard. Hayabusa pushes Bomb off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Bomb tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Hayabusa counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Bomb is trying to control the position but Hayabusa postures up. Hayabusa takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hayabusa gets to his feet - Bomb follows without any prompting. Bomb drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hayabusa is not content to let Bomb control the position. Hayabusa tries to improve position but can't. Hayabusa is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Bomb asserts his dominance and retains side control. Hayabusa avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bomb. Bomb is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Hayabusa knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Hayabusa is not content to let Bomb control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Bomb stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Hayabusa. Bomb shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Hayabusa cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Bomb. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bomb throws a head kick that misses. Bomb tries to clinch up and Hayabusa counters with an outside leg kick.

Hayabusa does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Bomb has his takedown stuffed and Hayabusa counters with a nice low kick that buckles Bomb's knee momentarily. Hayabusa's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Hayabusa duly obliges. Hayabusa throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Kale Hayabusa seems to be getting the better of the standup. Hayabusa moves in looking to clinch but Bomb pushes him off. Jack Bomb seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bomb shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Hayabusa as he avoids it easily. Bomb tries for a takedown but Hayabusa sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bomb fails with the takedown and Hayabusa counters with a good low kick that Bomb was not able to check. Hayabusa throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Bomb tries to land a front kick but Hayabusa steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bomb shoots in but Hayabusa avoids the takedown attempt easily. Bomb gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Hayabusa counters with a low kick, right behind Bomb 's knee. Hayabusa keeps the fight on the outside. Bomb throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hayabusa's waist but Hayabusa gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bomb off to one side. Hayabusa blocks a head kick by Bomb.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Bomb closes the distance and clinches up with Hayabusa, looking for a takedown. Bomb pushes Hayabusa against the cage but Hayabusa circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Hayabusa lands with a thumping leg kick.
Bomb throws a big shot that misses. Hayabusa swats away the attempt to clinch by Bomb.
And that's the end of the fight! Kale Hayabusa comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Hayabusa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
