Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between frank mir (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mac Donalds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mac Donalds looks lathargic as he enters the arena. Wake up son, you're about to have a fight!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Donalds fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Donalds has taken the fight to the clinch.
mir tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Donalds's elbow.
mir fails to pull guard.
Donalds lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt mir or not.
mir jumps guard but Donalds stands there with mir around his waist. mir gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Donalds breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Donalds drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

mir could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Donalds has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. mir is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with mir in particular looking to stall.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

mir is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Donalds has managed to free his arm - good work.
mir is trying to control the action in half guard but Donalds is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Donalds shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in mir's guard.

mir bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Donalds's guard.
mir drops back looking for a leg! Donalds is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Donalds manages to kick mir off! mir jumps back into Donalds's guard.

mir is pushing down on Donalds's leg trying to pass to half guard. Donalds is fighting to maintain full guard but mir has managed to sneak the leg through.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

I would just about give that final round to Mac Donalds.
