Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Finnagan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Fidel Jr Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Finnagan comes to the cage accompanied by Conflict by Disturbed. Tom Finnagan could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Fidel Jr Castro's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tom Finnagan! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Fidel Jr Castro! The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Castro shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Finnagan as he jumps to the side. Finnagan has Castro up against the cage in a clinch.
Finnagan manages to break the clinch.
Castro keeps the fight on the outside. Castro keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Finnagan throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Castro showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Finnagan.
Finnagan will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Finnagan has his takedown stuffed and Castro decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Finnagan's guard. Finnagan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Castro on the ground. Castro passes Finnagan's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Finnagan tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Castro manages to move to mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Castro breaks from Finnagan's wrist control and lands an elbow. Castro fails to advance to Finnagan's back. Finnagan is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
Castro is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Finnagan can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Finnagan's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Finnagan is wriggling around here but as he tries to escape, Castro has taken his back.
Castro is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.
Finnagan is trying to get back to his feet but Castro has full control of the position and if anything, Finnagan has just worked his way into a worse spot. Castro working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Finnagan is doing well to defend. Castro seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Finnagan is forced to tap and this one is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:04 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Fidel Jr Castro!
