Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Keneth Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Keneth Kane! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dave Wilson! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Trevor Gratis and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson leaves Kane with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Kane takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A head kick by Kane misses and Wilson makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Kane misses with a takedown attempt and Wilson counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Wilson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kane moves into range and clinches up with Wilson. Wilson tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kane smiles and moves away.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Wilson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Kane is looking to get to half guard. Kane is working hard here to advance position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Wilson content just to control the position here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kane tries to control Wilson's body but Wilson pushes him off. Kane squirms to his side and now Wilson has his back! Wilson lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Kane hold on?!
Wilson is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Kane is defending well though. Wilson let's go of the attempt for now. Wilson punches the canvas rather than the man.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kane grimaces as he takes a shot to the body. Kane can't escape the position.
Kane rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Kane wants to control but Wilson is keeping busy.
Kane is breathing heavily. Kane is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Wilson pulls his head out easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson is pressing down on Kane's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kane is holding on for now. Kane controlling the leg, holding on to half guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Wilson seems to be working for a kimura but Kane defends the submission attempt.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Kane throws a nice looking combination but Wilson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wilson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Kane cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Kane moves into range and clinches up with Wilson. Kane tries to break free but Wilson pushes him back against the cage. Wilson wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Kane tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Wilson just stands there and leans against the cage. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Keneth Kane. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wilson working aggressively here.
Kane is pressed up against the cage. Wilson has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Kane down to the mat. Kane avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Wilson closes the distance and clinches. Kane has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Wilson avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Kane manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Kane jumps guard and drags Wilson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dave Wilson dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Kane gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Wilson is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Kane tries to circle away but Wilson has him pinned against the cage. Kane breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kane tries to clinch and Wilson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Kane's guard now. Wilson landing some decent shots from guard. Wilson stopping the sweep attempt from Kane. Wilson stops Kane from standing up. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson drops back looking for a leg! Kane is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Kane manages to kick Wilson off! Wilson jumps back into Kane's guard. Kane looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Kane looking for a guillotine here but Wilson defends easily.
Kane can't keep his opponent in guard - Wilson advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Wilson passes to side control. Kane manages to work his way to half guard, despite Wilson's best efforts. Wilson is trying to control the action in half guard but Kane is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Wilson tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Kane. Kane is looking to control Wilson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Kane avoid being mounted? Kane regains full guard. Nicely done.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kane is adopting a defensive guard. Kane is trying to control the position but Wilson postures up. Wilson stops Kane from standing up. Wilson trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom. Kane is trying to keep Wilson in close.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kane pulls Wilson in to control the position. Wilson wants to control from the top but Kane keeps moving.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Wilson throws a right and a left that Kane avoids nicely. Kane closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wilson wants to control but Kane postures up. Wilson is not content to let Kane control the position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Dave Wilson will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Kane fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Wilson, pushing him back against the cage. Wilson is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage. Wilson tries to score a body lock takedown but Kane shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Kane stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Kane is trying to break the clinch but Wilson is controlling him. Wilson has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Kane regains guard immediately. Wilson stops Kane from standing up. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Wilson postures up and lands a big shot to Kane's brow. Wilson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kane throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Kane wants to sweep but no luck. Kane will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Kane striking from the bottom.
Kane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Kane throws a nice elbow from the bottom.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Kane closes the distance but Wilson moves to the side and Wilson counters with a takedown into side control. Wilson working away.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilson is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Kane is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Kane is trying to control Wilson's posture but Wilson avoids it. Wilson gets to mount! Kane was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Wilson breaks from Kane's wrist control and lands an elbow. Kane is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Kane is trying desperately to improve position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson controlling from the full mount. Kane tries to lock up and control but Wilson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Kane slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Kane manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Wilson trying to control but Kane is working from the bottom. Wilson wants to get up but he can't break Kane's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Wilson is trying to control. Kane wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Wilson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Wilson is keen to just control but Kane is a slippery customer. Keneth Kane has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Dave Wilson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Wilson closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kane did well to prevent Wilson getting side control.
And that's the end of the fight! Dave Wilson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Wilson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
