Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Carl Cafuzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Morrison (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jim Morrison was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carl Cafuzo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jim Morrison! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cafuzo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Morrison.
Cafuzo connects with a good right hand that stumbles Morrison. Morrison circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Morrison wants to clinch up but Cafuzo keeps it at a distance. Morrison swings for the body but Cafuzo moves out of range.
A punch combination from Morrison misses. Morrison closes this distance looking for a takedown but Cafuzo circles away. Cafuzo shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Morrison manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Cafuzo looking to pass the guard. Cafuzo controls the pace of the fight for a moment. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cafuzo slips nicely into half guard. Morrison is trying to get back to full guard. Cafuzo is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Morrison's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cafuzo working for a guillotine from mount but Morrison is in no mood to give up. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Cafuzo prevents Morrison from getting the reversal. Cafuzo looking to control but Morrison is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Cafuzo is going olschool here, as he tries to force Morrison to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Morrison shrugs it off. Cafuzo is working for a guillotine from mount but Morrison frees his head quite easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Morrison is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Cafuzo wants to take Morrison's back but he can't do it this time. Cafuzo moves to back control. Cafuzo throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Morrison avoids the strikes from Cafuzo. Cafuzo keeps control of the position as Morrison tries to break free.
Morrison is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Cafuzo gets his way!

Morrison is working to get back to half guard.
Morrison tries to hold on but Cafuzo pushes him away. Cafuzo wants to finish this one by submission but Morrison is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Cafuzo. Morrison tries to hold on but Cafuzo postures up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carl Cafuzo dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Morrison comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Cafuzo tries to close the distance and clinch up but Morrison swats him away and circles back towards the center. Morrison swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cafuzo closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Morrison tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Cafuzo wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Cafuzo passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Morrison! Morrison is desperately trying to improve his position but Cafuzo has a good base and remains in mount. Morrison has left one of his arms exposed and Cafuzo doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Morrison screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Carl Cafuzo!
