The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia connects with a high kick.
It looks like David Diaz has been cut.
Garcia closes the distance and pushes Diaz back into the cage.
Garcia has Diaz pressed against the cage, preventing Diaz from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Diaz is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Garcia is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Diaz has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Garcia has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Diaz taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Garcia doesn't care though - he's delighted!
