Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Carvalho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and thiago silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Carvalho might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Beautiful. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

silva darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

silva is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Carvalho defends it well.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Carvalho throws a combination. silva tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
silva has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.

silva takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Carvalho stalks silva and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into silva's face. silva staggers backwards, shaken.
Carvalho scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Carvalho throws a head kick but silva moves out of range.

silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Carvalho manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now silva has Carvalho in his guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

thiago silva's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Carvalho will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Carvalho's corner calls for a 1-2. Carvalho obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
