Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Paul Daley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Rutt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rutt is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Underdog. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Frank Rutt enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Paul Daley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Rutt! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daley moves into range and clinches up with Rutt. Daley working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Rutt goes for a takedown in the clinch but Daley prevents it.
Rutt escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Rutt counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Rutt. Rutt breaks from the clinch.
Daley lands a jab-cross combination. Rutt swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Daley. Daley gets off balance looking for a body kick and Rutt counters with a left to the body. Daley lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rutt tries to close the distance and clinch but Daley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Daley swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rutt lands a stunning uppercut that sends Daley to the mat!
It looks like Paul Daley has been cut. Rutt missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Rutt tries to stand and escape but Daley is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Rutt lands a nice short elbow. Rutt missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Rutt is looking to take a break and control but Daley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Rutt is just content to waste time from the top position. Daley takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Daley manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Rutt tries to reverse the position but Daley maintains control. Daley with good strikes from the mount here!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rutt blocking the ground and pound. Daley has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Daley goes for an armbar but Rutt turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rutt. Daley is breathing heavily. Rutt wants to control from the top but Daley keeps moving. Rutt is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Rutt must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Rutt drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Rutt jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Daley being controlled here, momentarily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Rutt trying to control but Daley is working from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Daley had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Rutt is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Daley Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Rutt's back instead. Rutt manages to reverse the position and now he's in Daley's guard. Nice work there by Rutt.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Rutt working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Daley controls Rutt momentarily but Rutt frees himself. Rutt forces his way into half guard. Rutt trying to control from half guard but Daley is working away. Daley is looking to control Rutt's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Daley avoid being mounted? The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Rutt is looking to take a break and control but Daley is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank Rutt dominated that round. The cut man is working on Paul Daley's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Donk. Daley catches Rutt right on the button with a cross. A combination from Rutt does no damage. Rutt moves in looking to clinch but Daley pushes him off. A left lands for Daley. Daley looks to clinch and Daley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Daley clinches with his opponent.
Rutt tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Daley avoids it. Still in the clinch, Daley scores with a nice short uppercut. Daley wants to break the clinch but can't.
Daley is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Rutt is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Daley stops a takedown attempt from Rutt.
Rutt can't find room to land a body shot as Daley controls the action.

Rutt pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Paul Daley is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Daley tries to bum rush Rutt with a series of wild strikes but Rutt uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daley doesn't manage to clinch there - Rutt circles away.
Daley jabs at Rutt's body. Rutt darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Rutt misses with a straight left. Rutt clobbers Daley with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Daley scores with a body shot.
Daley dodges the punch combination from Rutt.
Daley misses with a double jab
and Rutt counters with a huge left! Daley is in big trouble! He's backing up but Rutt isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Daley from any more damage. A dominating finish by Rutt!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Frank Rutt!
