Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sub Rage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank St Fabien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sub Rage! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Frank St Fabien! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! St Fabien turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. St Fabien feints and as Rage raises his hands in defense, St Fabien changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. St Fabien trying to control the position from guard on top but Rage is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. St Fabien showing good wrestling skills to control the position. St Fabien wants to control from the top but Rage keeps moving. St Fabien content to stall in guard here. I looks like St Fabien might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. St Fabien trying to stand up but can't free himself from Rage's guard. Rage controls St Fabien momentarily but St Fabien frees himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. St Fabien gets to his feet. Rage looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! St Fabien shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. St Fabien showed some decent athleticism there. Rage regains full guard. Nicely done. Rage manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
St Fabien is squirming around, avoiding Rage's attempts to control the action. Rage looking for a guillotine from mount but St Fabien is having none of it. Rage is breathing heavily. St Fabien tries to lock up and control but Rage gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Rage might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Rage stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. St Fabien swivels though and keeps the full guard.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Rage scores with a takedown into St Fabien's guard. Rage lands a couple of decent looking shots.
That's four minutes gone in the round. St Fabien keeping moving, preventing Rage from controlling successfully. Rage is really struggling to control St Fabien but he's trying to hold on to the position. Rage is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Rage wants to control from the top but St Fabien keeps moving. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Frank St Fabien dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Rage takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Frank St Fabien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. St Fabien gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rage to score an easy takedown into full guard. Rage not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. St Fabien working for a triangle but Rage defends it easily.

That's one minute gone in the round. Rage is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. St Fabien doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rage. Rage is trying to control. St Fabien wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Rage thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed St Fabien's head. Rage wants to control but St Fabien is keeping him busy. St Fabien is looking for a sweep. Rage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rage connects with a nice short shot to St Fabien's temple. Rage is looking to take a break and control but St Fabien is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Sub Rage just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. St Fabien doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rage counters with a single leg into guard. St Fabien didn't expect that. Rage wants to control from the top but St Fabien keeps moving. Rage throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as St Fabien works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rage wants to control from the top but St Fabien keeps moving. St Fabien controlling the position. Rage content to stall in guard here. Sub Rage overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rage has gone for a leg lock! St Fabien slips out almost immediately though and dives into Rage's guard. Rage controls St Fabien momentarily but St Fabien frees himself. St Fabien trying to control but Rage is working from the bottom. St Fabien postures up.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Rage misses with a hook. St Fabien ducked under it nicely. St Fabien is looking to clinch but Rage is avoiding it.
Rage fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Rage closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. St Fabien did well to prevent Rage getting side control. Rage seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. St Fabien is trying to stand up here but Rage is controlling him well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sub Rage dominated that second round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
