Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Machidan Lyoton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Larry Lamonier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lamonier's choice of entrance music: Pantera - Five Minutes Alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lyoton thows a body shot but no joy.
Lyoton fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lyoton lands with a nice body punch.
Lyoton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Lamonier misses with a hook. Lyoton ducked under it nicely.
Lamonier takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lamonier moves away from the strike by Lyoton.
Lyoton avoids a punch combination nicely.
A jab from Lyoton misses.
Lamonier slips under a jab.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lamonier has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Lyoton uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Lyoton comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lamonier misses with a double jab
and Lyoton counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lamonier thinking.
Lyoton throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Lamonier's head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lamonier defending well as Lyoton loads up on a big left hand.
Whack! Lyoton lands a heavy head kick that drops Lamonier. The ref tackles Lyoton to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Lamonier was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Machidan Lyoton!
