Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johan Sven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konan Obrien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sven misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Obrien takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Sven throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Obrien looks to land a right hand but Sven moved out of range.
Sven throws a hook but Obrien blocks it.
Obrien misses with a looping right.
Sven misses with a body shot.

Sven throws a wild body kick that Obrien sees coming a mile off.
Sven tries to bum rush Obrien with a series of wild strikes but Obrien uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Obrien takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Obrien with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Johan Sven seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sven is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Obrien.

Sven lands with a hook. Obrien tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Sven lands a left and a right that send Obrien crashing to the mat, dazed. Sven thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Sven drops Obrien with a naaaaasty hook - Obrien is in real trouble here! Sven dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
