The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pay throws a nice looking combination but Alexander bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Alexander stuffs the takedown attempt from Pay. Pay gets slowly back to his feet.

Alexander leaves Pay with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
