Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Wanderman Sylvia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Falcao Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sylvia dives in and grabs Garcia's left leg, looking for a takedown. Garcia pushes down on Sylvia's head and hops out.

Garcia shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sylvia manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Garcia postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Sylvia is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Garcia, into his guard.

Sylvia stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Garcia swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Garcia has his foot on Sylvia's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Sylvia works his way back into a safe position though.

Garcia had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Sylvia is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Garcia Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Sylvia's back instead.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
The ground and pound from Sylvia seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Garcia tries to bench press Sylvia off him but Sylvia keeps the position.
Garcia gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Sylvia is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Garcia has managed to free his arm - good work.
Garcia wants to improve his position but Sylvia is controlling well.

Falcao Garcia dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Garcia avoids a punch combination nicely.
Sylvia throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Garcia closes this distance looking for a takedown but Sylvia circles away.
Garcia changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sylvia tries to avoid it but Garcia manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sylvia to the ground. Sylvia escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Garcia is pushing down on Sylvia's leg trying to pass to half guard. Sylvia is fighting to maintain full guard but Garcia has managed to sneak the leg through.

Garcia is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sylvia knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Falcao Garcia showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Garcia is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Sylvia defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
