Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chuck Swift!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, heavy weight!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Jonathan Paton.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
weight clinches up against the ropes.
Swift's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

weight connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Swift momentarily.
weight misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

It looks like heavy weight has been cut.
Swift digs a good hook to weight's body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Swift lands a big shot that drops weight! Can he finish him?

Swift keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of weight's head.
Swift drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but weight manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Swift has weight in his guard.

Swift manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

weight is bucking up trying to escape but Swift cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Swift putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That has opened up heavy weight's cut even more.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at heavy weight's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
