Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jim Tacos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ed Stevens (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tacos comes to the cage accompanied by Battery. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Tacos! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ed Stevens! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Stevens misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Stevens looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Stevens misses with a double jab.
Tacos rushes Stevens and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Stevens has had enough of the clinch but Tacos keeps him there for the moment. Tacos turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Tacos happy to just control the position for now. Stevens really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tacos. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Tacos throws an elbow but Stevens slips to the side and avoids it well. A lull in the action here. Tacos tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tacos has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Stevens's face as Tacos controls the position. Tacos is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Stevens is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tacos controls the position from side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee stands the fighters back up. Jim Tacos just wasn't active enough from the dominant position. Tacos shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Tacos postures up in Stevens's guard and throws a big left but Stevens blocks it. Tacos drops back looking for a leg! Stevens is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Stevens manages to kick Tacos off! Tacos jumps back into Stevens's guard. Tacos advances to half guard. Stevens looks like he's trying to stand up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Tacos in particular looking to stall. Tacos is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Tacos is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Stevens is surviving well by controlling Tacos's body position as best he can. Tacos controlling from mount. Stevens is wriggling around trying to escape.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Stevens has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Tacos throwing sloppy strikes. Stevens should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Tacos throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage. Tacos sinks in the hooks and is looking for the choke. He's got it! Stevens taps out!
