And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Miren Amiano!
The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Santos closes the distance and clinches up with Amiano, looking for a takedown. de Santos pushes Amiano against the cage but Amiano circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Amiano gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and de Santos counters with a takedown into side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Amiano looks gassed!
de Santos is working to tighten is grip on Amiano's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Amiano has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but de Santos is really squeezing tight and eventually Amiano passes out! de Santos breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
