Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kergan Creed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roger Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Creed comes to the cage accompanied by Princes of the Universe by QUEEN. Roger Gracie has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Kergan Creed's chin.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Chris Downing and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Creed tries to get to full guard but Gracie has control of the leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Creed defends it well.
Gracie is thwarting Creed's attempts to control the position.

Creed is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Gracie's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Gracie's back!
Gracie manages to reverse the position and now he's in Creed's guard. Nice work there by Gracie.

Creed had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Gracie is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Creed Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Gracie's back instead.
Gracie rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Creed prevents Gracie from improving his position.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Creed postures up in Gracie's guard and throws a big left but Gracie blocks it.
Gracie manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Creed manages to get himself to full guard.
Gracie is pushing down on Creed's leg trying to pass to half guard. Creed is fighting to maintain full guard but Gracie has managed to sneak the leg through.
Gracie wants to take a breather but Creed is having none of it.

BOOM! Gracie connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Gracie goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Creed turns into him and now he's in Gracie's guard.

Creed postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Gracie is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Creed, into his guard.

Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Creed is retaining full guard.
Gracie thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Gracie is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Creed looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Roger Gracie dominated that round.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Gracie jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Creed misses with a takedown
and Gracie counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Gracie throwing strikes but missing.
Gracie got a little sloppy there for a moment and Creed has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Gracie has managed to get both his arms back between Creed's legs - danger averted.
Creed is trying to control the position but Gracie postures up.

Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Creed swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Creed tries for a takedown but Gracie circles away easily
and Gracie counters with a shoot takedown. Creed fights it but they end up in guard.

Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Creed is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Creed has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Gracie can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Creed is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Gracie trying to control but Creed is working from the bottom.
Gracie might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Creed kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Creed misses with a takedown attempt
and Gracie counters with a takedown into side control.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kergan Creed. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Gracie is working to tighten is grip on Creed's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Creed has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gracie is really squeezing tight and eventually Creed passes out! Gracie breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
