Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vinicius Zandonadi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Magtanggol Tiquia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiquia has chosen i stand alone as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiquia looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Tiquia must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Tiquia is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Zandonadi wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Zandonadi pushes Tiquia off looking to stand but Tiquia dives back in and keeps control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Zandonadi doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Tiquia counters with a single leg into guard. Zandonadi didn't expect that.

Tiquia seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Zandonadi is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
