Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Rumina Sato (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Artemis Entreri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Entreri swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Sato lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Sato tries to clinch but Entreri is having none of it. Entreri rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sato moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sato wants to clinch up but Entreri keeps it at a distance. Entreri will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Entreri fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Sato manages to avoid it. The fighters circle momentarily. Entreri darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Entreri swats away the attempt to clinch by Sato. Entreri looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Artemis Entreri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Sato fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sato doesn't manage to clinch there - Entreri circles away.

A head kick misses from Entreri. Sato scores with a crisp jab that stopped Entreri in his tracks. Entreri lands a jab to Sato's midsection. Sato moves out of range of the strikes. Entreri tests Sato's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sato tries to close the distance and clinch up but Entreri swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sato moves out of range of the body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Entreri tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sato swivels and escapes. Sato showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Entreri.
Sato misses with a hook. Sato lands a body shot.

and Sato counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Entreri's guard now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Entreri looks gassed! Entreri is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Sato trying to control the position from guard on top but Entreri is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Entreri is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Entreri working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Sato. Entreri working a defensive guard here.

Sato has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Sato postures up in Entreri's guard and throws a big left but Entreri blocks it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Sato is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Entreri is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Sato misses with a straight right. Sato tries a low kick but Entreri avoids it. Sato shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Sato was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Sato sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Entreri is trying desperately to improve position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rumina Sato dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Sato misses with a few strikes there.
Sato drives through and clinches with Entreri against the cage.
Sato can't get the takedown.
Entreri turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Entreri manages to end up in side control. Entreri decides to stand back up. Entreri steps back and let's Sato get back to his feet. Entreri misses with a few strikes there.
Entreri avoids the body shot from Sato.
Entreri stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Entreri wants it to stay on the feet. Sato tries to clinch there but Entreri circles away.

and Sato counters with a nice body shot. Entreri is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Entreri avoids a kick to the body.
Entreri lands with a nice combination. Sato backs away looking to recover. Sato looks to land a combination but Entreri avoids it well. Entreri misses with a low kick.
Entreri looks for the body kick but Sato saw that one coming. Entreri throws a low kick but Sato avoids it. Entreri stuns Sato with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. A combination from Sato does no damage. Entreri tries to bum rush Sato with a series of wild strikes but Sato uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Sato showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Entreri.
Sato looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Entreri!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sato is landing with some decent strikes but Entreri is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Sato thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!
Entreri is looking to improve his position but Sato isn't that keen on the idea. Sato thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Entreri is desperately trying to improve his position but Sato has a good base and remains in mount. Sato lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Sato looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Entreri wants to hold on but Sato pushes him away. Sato misses with a head shot. Entreri working to try and regain half guard.
Sato trying to control but Entreri is having none of it.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sato can't control as he wanted to and Entreri manages to get the fight back to his half guard. Entreri looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Artemis Entreri will probably get the nod - 10:9. That's time! Back to the action! This is the final round!

and Sato cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sato is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A big right from Sato misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Some wild striking there from Entreri.
A combination from Entreri does no damage. Entreri takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Entreri misses with a takedown attempt and Sato counters with a single leg into guard. Entreri didn't expect that.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sato passes Entreri's left leg - he's now in half guard. Sato is working for a kimura but Entreri is defending it quite comfortably.
Sato scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Sato sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Entreri defending well though. Sato is pressing down on Entreri's thigh, looking to free his foot. Entreri is holding on for now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Entreri trying to hold on to Sato's head to control him but Sato postures up.
Sato works his foot free and advances to mount. Entreri squirming around on the bottom, looking to escape.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Sato lands a big elbow. Sato lands a big shot there that rocks Entreri but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Entreri tries to hold on but Sato postures up. Entreri is squirming around, avoiding Sato's attempts to control the action. Sato avoids the attempt from Entreri to control. Sato putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Entreri is looking to improve his position but Sato isn't that keen on the idea. Sato throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Entreri has his hands clasped together but Sato breaks the hold and Entreri is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Sato!
