Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between David Cabeza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Dick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cabeza comes to the ring accompanied by Chemical brothers - Where Do I Start. Dick is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bullet With Butterfly Wings. David Cabeza had a look across the ring there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Cabeza!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Harry Dick!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabeza misses with a few strikes there.
Dick's corner calls for a 1-2. Dick obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Cabeza misses with a looping right.
Cabeza avoids the head kick by Dick.
No joy there for Cabeza, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dick takes one to the chin there.
It looks like Harry Dick has been cut.

Cabeza lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

David Cabeza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cabeza tries to close the distance and clinch up but Dick swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dick throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cabeza throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dick on the side of the head.
Cabeza shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Dick napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Dick tries to buck Cabeza off but Cabeza is having none of it.

Dick throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Dick stops Cabeza from passing to mount.
Cabeza works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Dick is looking to reverse the position.
Cabeza trying to control the position but Dick is working away.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Dick shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cabeza but Cabeza pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cabeza has Dick up against the ropes in a clinch.

Dick swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Cabeza counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Dick fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

Cabeza tries for a takedown but Dick sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Dick shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Cabeza but Cabeza pushes him off and we're back to square one.
David Cabeza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Harry Dick.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Cabeza closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Dick to the mat! Dick manages to get full guard.

Dick wants to clinch
and Dick takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Cabeza lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Dick tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Cabeza counters with a nice double leg into guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Cabeza missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Cabeza decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Dick rushes Cabeza and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Cabeza is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.
Cabeza goes for a takedown in the clinch but Dick prevents it.
Dick stops a takedown attempt from Cabeza.

Dick tries to pull guard but Cabeza holds him up against the ropes and eventually Dick drops back down to his feet.
Cabeza's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

so Cabeza counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Cabeza throws a strike but Dick rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Cabeza is looking to stand up but Dick isn't so interested in that idea.
Cabeza has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Dick has passed into side control.
Cabeza is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

Cabeza wants to control but Dick postures up.
Cabeza sneaks back into half guard.
Dick is trying to control. Cabeza wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Dick throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Cabeza is staying active underneath Dick, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Cabeza throws a head kick that half lands.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Dick goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Cabeza drives through and clinches with Dick against the ropes.
Cabeza has Dick pressed against the ropes, preventing Dick from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Dick jumps guard but Cabeza stands there with Dick around his waist. Dick gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Dick tries to break the clinch but Cabeza is controlling the position.
Dick wants to break free but Cabeza has control.
Cabeza drags the fight down to the ground.
Cabeza scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Cabeza thuds a left hand into Dick's body.
A chopping leg kick lands by Cabeza.
Cabeza lands a left and a right that send Dick crashing to the mat, dazed. Cabeza thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dick avoids a punch combination nicely.
Cabeza lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Dick can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Cabeza and Dick drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Cabeza.
