Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between lee jorjo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce The Boxer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The Boxer has chosen beat it as his entrance music. lee jorjo has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, lee jorjo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce The Boxer!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
jorjo shoots in and drives through. The Boxer sprawls well.
jorjo fails to land the takedown.

The Boxer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
The Boxer is pressed up against the cage. jorjo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag The Boxer down to the mat. The Boxer avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The Boxer fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. jorjo sprawls well initially but The Boxer persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

jorjo closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming The Boxer to the mat! The Boxer manages to get full guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Despite being in the dominant position, Bruce The Boxer just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

The Boxer is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Bruce The Boxer showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The Boxer might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control jorjo kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Well The Boxer has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
