Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pat White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AJ Krundel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pat White has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Pat White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, AJ Krundel!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krundel tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
White swats away the attempt to clinch by Krundel.
White throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Krundel changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. White tries to avoid it but Krundel manages to keep hold of a leg and drag White to the ground. White escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
White scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
White scores with a punch to the head.
Krundel throws a hook to the side of White's head but White sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
White tries to bum rush Krundel with a series of wild strikes but Krundel uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
White misses with a head kick.
Krundel has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by White!
White throws a right and a left that Krundel avoids nicely.

Krundel slips a jab and a cross from White.

Krundel feints and as White raises his hands in defense, Krundel changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
White keeping full guard, as Krundel tries to pass.

White looking for a guillotine here but Krundel defends easily.

Krundel content to stall in guard here.
Krundel slips nicely into half guard.
Krundel wants to control but White is keeping him busy.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Krundel works his foot free and advances to mount.
White blocking the ground and pound.
Krundel in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Krundel is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. White can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

White knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Krundel on the ground.

White is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Krundel looking to control but White is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Krundel wants to control the pace but White is squirming around nicely.

A close round but AJ Krundel will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


White looks to land a combination but Krundel avoids it well.
Krundel on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
White throws a sloppy head kick

and Krundel counters by clinching up.
White swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Krundel pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Pat White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A decent looking cross lands there for White.
White misses with a combination
and Krundel counters with a thumping low kick.
Donk. White catches Krundel right on the button with a cross.
Krundel looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
White lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
White misses with a series of wild punches.
Krundel should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
White throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Krundel counters with a nice double leg into side control. White won't be happy with that.
This has been an exciting period of action!
White tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
White is trying to break free.
Krundel is breathing heavily.

What can White do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

White is working hard here to advance position.

Krundel somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back.

Krundel has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, White has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
White has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Even with his hooks in, Krundel manages to miss with strikes from the back.
White tries to escape but Krundel has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

White rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
White tries to roll over but Krundel keeps him under control.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
White lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Krundel circles away quickly and effectively.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
White looks to land a combination but Krundel avoids it well.
White misses with a combination

and Krundel counters with a nice double leg into side control. White won't be happy with that.
White is looking to regain half guard here but Krundel keeps moving and retains side control.

Krundel is trying to get an arm triangle but White is defending well.
Krundel working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

AJ Krundel showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!


White looks to land a combination but Krundel avoids it well.

White is staying active underneath Krundel, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
White is looking to get back to is feet but Krundel passes into side control.
Krundel wants to lay and pray for a moment but White keeps working.
White tries to bench press Krundel off him but Krundel keeps the position.
Krundel takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Krundel moves into full mount!
Krundel tries to control but White wriggling away.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
White tries to hold on but Krundel pushes him away.
White tries to improve his position but instead Krundel has taken his back!
White tries to escape the position.
White trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

White can't escape the position.
White trying to control the hands but Krundel breaks the grip.
Even with his hooks in, Krundel manages to miss with strikes from the back.

Krundel is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

AJ Krundel comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Krundel winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
