Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mat Matmat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Currie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Matmat comes to the cage accompanied by pass tha axe. Currie is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Helmet - Just Another Victim. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Matmat shoots in looking for a takedown. Currie tries to sprawl out of it but Matmat keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Currie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Currie throws a big shot that misses.
Matmat uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Currie.
Nice uppercut lands for Currie. That snapped Matmat's head back.
