Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Quincy Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dylan Conroy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Quincy Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dylan Conroy! The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Eddie Farnsworth and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Conroy connects with a high kick.
It looks like Quincy Jackson has been cut. Conroy fails in his attempt to clinch. Conroy takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Jackson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Conroy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Conroy fails with an attempt to clinch.
Conroy tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Conroy moves in looking to clinch but Jackson pushes him off. Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Jackson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Conroy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jackson manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Conroy pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Jackson is keeping the position for now. Conroy drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Jackson manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Conroy has Jackson in his guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson wanted to stand there but Conroy had control of the position. Conroy is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Conroy can do anything to dispel that myth. Conroy looking to control but Jackson passes into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Conroy keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Jackson tries to stand and escape but Conroy is controlling the position. Jackson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jackson throwing shots but Conroy is blocking nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Conroy is trying to control but Jackson manages to pass to mount!

Jackson lands with some strikes. Jackson wants to control the pace but Conroy is squirming around nicely. Conroy is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Conroy can't escape the position.

Jackson goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Dylan Conroy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Conroy is looking to clinch but Jackson is avoiding it.
Conroy has his takedown stuffed and Jackson counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Conroy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Jackson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Conroy is trying to escape back to his feet but Jackson uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Conroy is trying to improve his position. Jackson slips into full mount, dodging the strikes by Conroy.

Jackson throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jackson wants to control the pace but Conroy is squirming around nicely. Conroy is wriggling around trying to escape.
Conroy is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Jackson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jackson thuds his fist into the canvas! Oooouch!

Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Conroy swats him away and circles back towards the center. Conroy connects with a crisp jab. Jackson misses with a wild body shot. Quincy Jackson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Conroy sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat. Conroy wants to clinch and Jackson counters with a nice double leg into guard. Conroy is trying to control the position but Jackson postures up. Conroy wants to hit a switch here but Jackson passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Conroy there! Both fighters are breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Conroy tries to hold on but Jackson postures up. Jackson unloads with some shots from mount but Conroy bucks and avoids them well.

Jackson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Conroy really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Jackson wants to control the pace but Conroy is squirming around nicely. Conroy looks out of his depth in this position - he's holding on tight. Jackson working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Jackson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Conroy because Jackson loaded up on that one. Conroy is desperately trying to improve his position but Jackson has a good base and remains in mount. Conroy tries to lock up and control but Jackson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Conroy is looking to get to half guard. Jackson working for a submission but Conroy is keeping him at bay. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Conroy tries to hold on but Jackson pushes him away. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Jackson throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
And that's the end of the fight! Quincy Jackson showed his dominance in that final round. I think Jackson has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
