Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yeehaw McKickAss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Saul Reznor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McKickAss comes to the cage accompanied by Hallowed be thy name. The crowd seem to be enjoying Reznor's choice of entrance music: Shook Ones by Mobb Deep. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reznor tries for a takedown but McKickAss sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

McKickAss throws a series of punches but Reznor moves out of range.
Yeehaw McKickAss seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and McKickAss counters with a nice low kick that buckles Reznor's knee momentarily.

McKickAss rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Reznor moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

McKickAss pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Reznor throws a series of punches but McKickAss avoids them all with ease.
McKickAss closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
McKickAss tries to bum rush Reznor with a series of wild strikes but Reznor uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

McKickAss throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Reznor decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in McKickAss's guard.
Reznoris looking to pass into half guard but McKickAss pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now McKickAss is in guard.
McKickAss wants to get up but he can't break Reznor's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Reznor bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McKickAss's guard.

Reznor drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and McKickAss dives on top into guard.

Reznor looking for a guillotine here but McKickAss defends easily.

Reznor has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. McKickAss is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Reznor.

McKickAss leaves Reznor with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Reznor walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

and Reznor counters with a shoot takedown. McKickAss fights it but they end up in guard.

Reznor postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McKickAss is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Reznor, into his guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Reznor can't keep his opponent in guard - McKickAss advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
