Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gold Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and scott beach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ryan shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
beach is trying to stand back up but Ryan is controlling him

Ryan is sneakily working for an arm triangle but beach sees it coming and defends easily.

Ryan decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Ryan avoids a punch combination nicely.

beach clinches with his opponent.
beach gets underhooks to prevent Ryan's takedown attempt.
beach is pressed up against the cage. Ryan has hold of a leg and is looking to drag beach down to the mat. beach avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
beach wants to clinch.
beach displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Ryan.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gold Ryan. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Ryan fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Ryan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but beach swivels and escapes.
Ryan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by beach.
beach fails in his attempt to clinch.
beach throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Ryan throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. beach was covering up waiting for the punch and Ryan finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Ryan wants to control from the top but beach keeps moving.

Ryan won't allow beach to sweep him here.

Ryan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Ryan works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Ryan works his foot free and advances to mount.

beach has left one of his arms exposed and Ryan doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. beach screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
