The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Yu throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Yu throws a right and a left that both miss.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Yu pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Johansson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Yu wants to clinch up but Johansson keeps it at a distance.
Johansson tries for a takedown but Yu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Johansson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Johansson tries for a takedown but Yu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Yu closes the distance and pushes Johansson back into the cage.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Johansson, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
