Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, CAIN Valezquez!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Aundrash Kaneksa!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, George Francis and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valezquez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kaneksa circles away quickly and effectively.
Kaneksa throws a sloppy head kick and Valezquez moves out of range easily.
Valezquez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Kaneksa's head.


It looks like Aundrash Kaneksa has been cut.
Valezquez swats away the attempt to clinch by Kaneksa.
A good leg kick by Kaneksa.
Kaneksa takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A swing and a miss from Kaneksa.
Kaneksa pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Kaneksa tries to clinch but Valezquez is having none of it.

Valezquez rushes Kaneksa and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Valezquez tries to circle away but Kaneksa has him pinned against the cage.
Valezquez is trying to force a seperation but Kaneksa has the dominant position.
Valezquez prevents the takedown attempt.
Kaneksa keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Valezquez's efforts to push away.
Valezquez wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Kaneksa manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Valezquez postures up in Kaneksa's guard and throws a big left but Kaneksa blocks it.
Kaneksa avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Valezquez wants to pass the guard but Kaneksa is keeping the position.
Kaneksa is looking to stand up but Valezquez isn't so interested in that idea.

That's one minute gone in the round.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.
Kaneksa throws a sloppy head kick and Valezquez moves out of range easily.
Kaneksa lands a big head kick that sends Valezquez to the canvas! Kaneksa follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aundrash Kaneksa!
