Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between andoy care (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tanner Provinzano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). andoy care has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, andoy care!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tanner Provinzano!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Tiny Johnson and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
care throws a head kick but Provinzano moves out of range.
care looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Provinzano throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. care was covering up waiting for the punch and Provinzano finishes the takedown easily into guard.

and Provinzano counters with a nice double leg into side control. care won't be happy with that.
Provinzano wants to lay and pray for a moment but care keeps working.
care is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.

care had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Provinzano is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. care Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Provinzano's back instead.

Provinzano turns into care and is now in his guard.
care is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
care is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Provinzano is aware though and is defending well.

and Provinzano counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Provinzano bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
care is looking for a sweep.
care is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Provinzano asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Provinzano prevents care from escaping the position.
Provinzano really doesn't want to stay on the ground with care. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Provinzano fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!

Provinzano is landing with some decent strikes but care is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Provinzano takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Provinzano is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if care gets his way!

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Provinzano wants to get back to his feet.
care is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Provinzano knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Provinzano for a finish.
Provinzano is trying to get back to his feet but care has full control of the position and if anything, Provinzano has just worked his way into a worse spot.
care is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Provinzano has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but care has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Provinzano taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. care doesn't care though - he's delighted!
