Striker comes to the cage accompanied by Indestructible By Disturbed. Bandana is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Los del Rio - La Macarena. Gabriel Striker has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bandana has a takedown stuffed.

Bandana wants to control but Striker is keeping busy.
Striker will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The fighters are battling for position here. Bandana manages to regain full guard. Nice work.

Bandana should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Striker tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Striker has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

and Striker counters with a left and a right that stings Bandana.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Striker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bandana working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Striker doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Striker manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Striker wants to stand but Bandana is controlling the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Bandana is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Striker looks calm but he's in trouble here. Bandana gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Striker is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Bandana lets go of the hold and Striker can pop his arm back in it's socket.
