The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
de Jong leaves Bravo with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Bravo throws an overhand right that lands on de Jong's shoulder, as de Jong tries to avoid the shot.
de Jong stuffs the takedown.
de Jong throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bravo.
Some wild striking there from Bravo.
Bravo slips a jab and a cross from de Jong.
de Jong misses with a wild combination.
Omar Bravo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
de Jong scores with a decent looking hook.
de Jong slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
de Jong moves in looking to clinch but Bravo pushes him off.
de Jong lands a nice hook to Bravo's body. Bravo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Bravo fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

de Jong goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
de Jong fails with an attempt to clinch.
de Jong throws a series of punches but Bravo avoids them all with ease.

Bravo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? de Jong is fending him off so far but Bravo persists. Nope, de Jong circles away and we're back to standing.
de Jong feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Bravo crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
