Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Erik Francisco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Liu Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Erik Francisco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Liu Fish! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Thiago Cunha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fish shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Francisco as he avoids it easily. Francisco throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Francisco jabs at Fish's body. Francisco throws a nice looking combination but Fish bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Fish shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Francisco might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Fish is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Francisco has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Francisco tries to reverse the position but Fish maintains control. Fish working for a submission but Francisco is keeping him at bay. Francisco wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Fish has hold of Francisco's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Francisco manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Francisco is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Francisco on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Francisco tries to get out of the position. Fish is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Francisco is surviving well by controlling Fish's body position as best he can.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fish moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Francisco has worked his arm free - good work by Francisco!
Fish looks gassed! Fish is trying to get an arm triangle but Francisco is defending well. Francisco regains half guard. Fish stops Francisco from getting back to his feet.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Fish seems to be working for a kimura but Francisco defends the submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Francisco pushes Fish off looking to stand but Fish dives back in and keeps control.
Francisco lands one or two decent shots to the body here. Although from his own half guard, he's not going to be causing too much damage. Fish is working for a kimura but Francisco is defending it quite comfortably.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Francisco looks to land a right hand but Fish moved out of range. Francisco could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Francisco lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Fish defending well as Francisco loads up on a big left hand. Fish closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Fish lands in his opponent's guard. Francisco working a defensive guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Francisco wants to stand up but Fish is controlling him. Fish drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Fish jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Fish tries to free his leg and advance position but Francisco is retaining full guard. Francisco is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Fish defends well. Fish stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Francisco swivels though and keeps the full guard. Francisco working for a triangle but Fish defends it easily.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Fish looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Francisco!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fish working for a guillotine from mount but Francisco is in no mood to give up. Fish jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Francisco manages to avoid the submission attempt. Fish is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Liu Fish dominated that round. That's time! Francisco's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Fish doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Fish takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
No joy there for Francisco, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A big right from Francisco misses. Fish takes one to the chin there. Francisco rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Fish moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Francisco tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Fish was well out of range. Poor timing from Francisco. Fish dives in and grabs Francisco's left leg, looking for a takedown. Francisco pushes down on Fish's head and hops out. Francisco misses with the combination.
Francisco throws out a loose jab but Fish uses good head movement to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Francisco throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Francisco looks to throw the jab but Fish is out of range. Francisco fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Francisco scores with a three punch combo!
Erik Francisco is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Fish looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Francisco! Fish wants to finish this one by submission but Francisco is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Fish.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fish is going olschool here, as he tries to force Francisco to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Francisco shrugs it off. Francisco tries to get back to half guard but can't. Fish jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Francisco manages to avoid the submission attempt. Francisco is trying to buck Fish off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Francisco is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Francisco manages to escape and get back to his feet! Francisco looks to land a combination but Fish avoids it well. Francisco throws the left hand but Fish avoids the punch easily. Erik Francisco is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Francisco gets caught flat footed, as Fish shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Fish preventing the sweep. Liu Fish showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Francisco throws a hook to the side of Fish's head but Fish sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Francisco looks to land a combination. Fish sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. Fish throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Francisco's waist but Francisco gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fish off to one side. Francisco connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Fish shoots in looking for a takedown. Francisco tries to sprawl out of it but Fish keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Francisco manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Francisco throws out a loose jab but Fish uses good head movement to avoid it. The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Fish. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Francisco with the ground and pound from mount. Fish keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Fish is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Fish slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Fish is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Francisco pulls his head out easily. Fish works his way to full guard. Good work. Fish is looking for a triangle but Francisco pushes his legs off easily.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Erik Francisco has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Fish drops back, looking for a kneebar! Francisco looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Francisco looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Francisco! Francisco wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Fish, who protects the arm well. Fish sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Liu Fish. I've got Fish winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
