Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between gustaff bahula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodrigo Mendez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, gustaff bahula!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rodrigo Mendez!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Robert Douchet and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Mendez does it's job there.
It looks like gustaff bahula has been cut.
bahula looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
bahula wants to clinch up but Mendez keeps it at a distance.
Mendez sizes up bahula with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
bahula takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Mendez wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
bahula ducks straight into an uppercut from Mendez and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - bahula maanges to regain guard straight away.
bahula is rocked!
Mendez slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Oh bahula is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mendez is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
bahula seems to have got his legs back now.
bahula keeping moving, preventing Mendez from controlling successfully.
Mendez sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed bahula's guard.
Mendez seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mendez has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
bahula has left one of his arms exposed and Mendez doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. bahula screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
