The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borga fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Borga is looking to clinch.
Bryd shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bryd was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Bryd sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Bryd looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead.
Bryd takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
BOOM! Bryd connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Borga is breathing heavily.
The referee warns Borga that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bryd controlling the pace for now.
Borga is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Bryd is working for a guillotine from mount but Borga frees his head quite easily.
Bryd is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Borga can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Bryd cracks Borga with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
