Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Syd Barret (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and C Holt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Barret's entrance music is Live Your Life - Rihanna and T.I. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Syd Barret! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, C Holt! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Wesley Smith and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Barret moves into the clinch. Barret pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Barret throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Holt. Barret throws a nice looking combination but Holt bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. The fighters circling - Barret throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Barret connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Holt tries for a takedown but Barret sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Barret has taken the fight to the clinch.
Barret escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Barret fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Holt changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Barret tries to avoid it but Holt manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Barret to the ground. Barret escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Syd Barret seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Holt tries to keep at a distance but Barret has taken the fight into the clinch. Barret breaks from the clinch.
Holt looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Syd Barret has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of C Holt. Holt bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Barret throws a series of punches but Holt moves out of range. Barret swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Barret throws a right hand that Holt ducks under and follows up with a left that Holt also avoids with ease. Barret throws a series of punches but Holt moves out of range. Holt shoots in but Barret avoids the takedown attempt easily. Holt shoots in looking for a takedown. Barret tries to sprawl out of it but Holt keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Barret manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Holt takes a jab right on the kisser.
Barret rushes Holt with punches - Holt moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Holt goes down! Barret follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Syd Barret!
