The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schneidmiller drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Schneidmiller controls the position. Schneidmiller advances to mount. Nahasapim wants to hold on but Schneidmiller pushes him away. Nahasapim is looking to get to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nahasapim wants to hold on but Schneidmiller pushes him away. Nahasapim throwing hammer fists to the chest of Schneidmiller. What's that going to do exactly? Nahasapim wants to hold on but Schneidmiller pushes him away. Nahasapim is trying to escape the mount.

Schneidmiller gets his hands free as Nahasapim looks to control. So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nahasapim just trying to survive but Schneidmiller is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Schneidmiller keeps control of the position as Nahasapim tries to break free.
What can Nahasapim do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Schneidmiller controlling the position well here. Nahasapim rolled but Schneidmiller kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Nahasapim is trying to break free.
Nahasapim wants to get back to his feet. Nahasapim trying to control but not successfully. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A bit of a pause in the action here. Schneidmiller controlling the positon. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Schneidmiller dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Nahasapim throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nahasapim shoots and misses and Schneidmiller counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nahasapim's guard now. Nahasapim has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Schneidmiller has passed into side control.

Nahasapim wants to control but Schneidmiller postures up. Nahasapim is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Schneidmiller has just dragged him back down to the mat. You can see the frustration on Nahasapim's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nahasapim is trying to control Schneidmiller's posture but Schneidmiller avoids it.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Nahasapim throws a series of punches but Schneidmiller moves out of range. Nahasapim misses with the combination.
Schneidmiller circles away from the clinch attempt and Schneidmiller counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Schneidmiller showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Nahasapim is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Nahasapim looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Schneidmiller trying to control the position from guard on top but Nahasapim is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Schneidmiller won't allow Nahasapim to sweep him here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schneidmiller is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Schneidmiller slips nicely into half guard. Schneidmiller trying to control the pace. Nahasapim wants to control but Schneidmiller is keeping busy and won't allow it. Nahasapim wants to improve his position but Schneidmiller is controlling well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Schneidmiller with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Schneidmiller stops Nahasapim from getting back to his feet.
Schneidmiller is taking a breather. Nahasapim says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Nahasapim is trying to get back to full guard. Nahasapim pushes Schneidmiller off looking to stand but Schneidmiller dives back in and keeps control.
Nahasapim is trying to maintain the position but Schneidmiller is very close to passing his half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Schneidmiller has a takedown stuffed. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Rob Schneidmiller dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Schneidmiller shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Nahasapim pinned against the cage. Nahasapim gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Schneidmiller shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Schneidmiller looking to control and managing it successfully. Schneidmiller's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Nahasapim has one foot on Schneidmiller's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Nahasapim swings widly with a right hand
so Schneidmiller counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Nahasapim is looking to stand up but Schneidmiller isn't so interested in that idea. Nahasapim will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Qaling Nahasapim has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Schneidmiller stays in close to Nahasapim's body and controls the position. Nahasapim working a defensive guard here.
Schneidmiller wants to pass the guard but Nahasapim is keeping the position. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Schneidmiller.
And that's the end of the fight! Rob Schneidmiller showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Schneidmiller, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
