Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Pesho Goshev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones has chosen Eurodancer as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Pesho Goshev looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Pesho Goshev! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Jimmy Jones! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goshev closes this distance looking for a takedown but Jones circles away. Jones drops Goshev with a beautiful combination! Goshev stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Jones is looking for the KO!
It looks like Pesho Goshev has been cut. Goshev is breathing heavily. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Jones fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Goshev, pushing him back against the cage. Jones pulls guard effortlessly. Jones is controlling Goshev's posture. Jones throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Goshev trying to control but Jones is working from the bottom. Jones looking for a guillotine here but Goshev defends easily.
Goshev won't allow Jones to sweep him here. Goshev got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jones has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Goshev has managed to get both his arms back between Jones's legs - danger averted. Goshev working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Goshev can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Jones is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Jones keeping full guard, as Goshev tries to pass. Goshev landing some decent shots from guard. Goshev throwing strikes from guard but Jones blocks nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Jones tries to land a sweep but no joy. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Goshev postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Jones keeping moving, preventing Goshev from controlling successfully. Jones trying to control the position here. Jones has his foot on Goshev's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Goshev works his way back into a safe position though. Goshev wants to control from the top but Jones keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Goshev gets to his feet. Jones looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goshev throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Goshev, right into the meat.
Goshev wants to clinch but Jones slips to the side and Jones counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Jones tries to pass the half guard into mount. Goshev knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Goshev looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Goshev punching from the bottom.
Jones wants to work for an arm triangle but Goshev is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Goshev is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jones is working for a submission of some sort.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jones decides to stand up. Goshev throws a head kick but Jones moves out of range.
Goshev throws a head kick that misses and Jones counters by clinching up. Jones using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Goshev is trying to break the clinch but Jones is controlling him. Jones leaning his opponent against the cage. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Jones crunches a lovely knee into Goshev's ribcage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jimmy Jones dominated that round. The cut man is working on Pesho Goshev's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Goshev misses with the body kick and Jones counters with a takedown into side control. Jones looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Goshev is trying to get back to half guard. Goshev is pushing Jones's head away, looking to escape. Jones manages to hold on to the position though. Jones is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Goshev has escaped the position, nice work there. Jones wants to take a breather but Goshev manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Jones. Goshev is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goshev is trying to control the position but Jones postures up. Jones must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Goshev keeping moving, preventing Jones from controlling successfully.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Goshev gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Goshev fails to pull guard.
Jones gets control of Goshev's arms and successfully pulls guard. Jones will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Goshev thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Goshev wants to stand but Jones has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Goshev slips nicely into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones is looking for a sweep. Goshev is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Jones is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Goshev pulls his head out easily. Jones is looking to improve his position.
Goshev tries to stand but his arm is trapped. Jones looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Goshev throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jones. Goshev with a poor takedown and Jones counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jones stopping the sweep attempt from Goshev. Goshev is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Goshev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Goshev had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Jones is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Goshev Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Jones's back instead. Jones is keeping busy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Goshev has Jones flattened out and is raining down punches. Goshev is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Jones defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined. Goshev throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Jones!
Goshev is not going to allow Jones to sit and survive in this position. Goshev has the hooks in. Jones is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Jones breaks Goshev's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.

Jimmy Jones showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Pesho Goshev's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jones cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Jones is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet! Goshev gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Jones decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Goshev's guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jones trying to control the position from guard on top but Goshev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Jones preventing the sweep. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Jones pushing down on Goshev's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

Jones wants to take a breather but Goshev is having none of it.

Goshev is looking to work some ground and pound but Jones has wrist control. Goshev wants to get up but he can't break Jones's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Jones looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Jones working for a triangle but Goshev defends it easily.
Goshev wants to get up but he can't break Jones's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Goshev misses with a takedown enabling Jones to counter with a crisp jab. Jones scores a takedown into full mount! Goshev wants to control but Jones is having none of it. Jones has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jones lands a big elbow.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Goshev regains half guard. Jones works his way into full mount! Goshev is trying to escape the mount.
Jones content just to control the position here. Goshev is looking to get to half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Goshev is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position. Jones looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Goshev throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing. Pesho Goshev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Goshev really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Goshev really wants to buck Jones off and get back to his feet. Jones trying to control but Goshev is having none of it. Jimmy Jones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Goshev is looking to improve his position but Jones isn't that keen on the idea.
And that's the end of the fight! Jimmy Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
