Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dan Bradley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Stan Butters! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Butters scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Butters trying to control from Bradley's half guard. Bradley has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Butters thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Butters postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bradley is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Butters, into his guard. Butters wants to stand up but Bradley is controlling him. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Butters avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Butters looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Bradley postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Butters looks gassed! Bradley passes into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bradley thows a huge punch but Butters dodges it nicely.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Bradley connects with a nice short shot to Butters's temple. Bradley lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Bradley moves into full mount! Butters won't be happy about that! Bradley trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bradley landing strikes from the mount and Butters is in trouble!
Butters is rocked! Bradley lands with some strikes. Butters is still in real trouble! Can Bradley finish him? Butters is wriggling around trying to escape.
Butters seems to have recovered his senses. Bradley wants to control the pace but Butters is squirming around nicely. Butters wants to control but Bradley is having none of it. Bradley is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bradley connects with a bit shot that sees Butters covering up! More strikes from Bradley and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Bradley is our winner by TKO!
